How to use Stippling Brush as a BLUSH brush?

I just bought a Stippling Brush from Sephora, but having trouble using it as a blush brush because when dabbed into the blush, it does not pick up any of the blush powder. Is it used for blush or for mineral foundation?How to use Stippling Brush as a BLUSH brush?
For liquid foundation u stipple it.


For powder blush u swirl.How to use Stippling Brush as a BLUSH brush?

You do need to swirl your stippling brush around a bit more so you can actually pick up the product.
